Pappy's Pocket Cattle ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website pappyspocketcattle.com and offers in-person Highland cattle experiences in Farr West, Utah. We respect your privacy and keep things simple. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version

We are a small family farm. We don't sell your personal information, we don't run advertising or analytics tracking on this website, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions and book your visit.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• When you use our contact form: your name, your preferred contact information, phone number (if provided), the nature of your inquiry, estimated group size, preferred date, and your message.
• When you book and pay for an experience: the details needed to process your booking and payment, including your name, email, the experience and date you select, and the number of tickets. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never collected or stored by us.

We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, advertising trackers, session-recording tools, or similar third-party tracking technologies on this website.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our payment processor (Stripe) may set cookies that are strictly necessary to process a secure payment and prevent fraud when you go through checkout. These are essential to completing a transaction and are not used to track you across other websites.

Service providers we use

We rely on a few trusted third parties to run our website and bookings. When you submit information through those features, it is handled by:

• FormSubmit — delivers our contact form submissions to our email inbox.
• Stripe — processes booking payments securely. Stripe acts as the payment processor and handles your card information under its own privacy policy.
• Netlify — hosts our website and serverless booking functions.

Each of these providers maintains its own privacy practices. We share information with them only as needed to provide the feature you are using.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your questions and inquiries;
• schedule, confirm, and manage your booking;
• process your payment; and
• contact you about your visit if anything changes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill your booking, and meet ordinary business and tax recordkeeping needs, after which we delete or archive it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us at any time. Utah residents have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal data we process, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising — neither of which we engage in. Children

Our website is intended for adults booking family-friendly farm visits. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
